Free for workers, always. Describe what you do; employers find you. No real name required.
Agencies pay to open your contact — one at a time, never as a bulk dump. You see who opened it. Taking the profile down is one tap in the dashboard or in Telegram when you get a contact-open notice.
FreeWorker profiles cost nothing. Only employers pay — for listings and contacts.
What we do not do
- We do not sell access to the whole candidate list. No package, no export.
- Agencies cannot publish a rating of you. Reviews go one way — worker → employer. The employer may leave one dated reply.
- We do not hide who opened your contact. That history is yours.
How to post
- Sign in with Telegram via@dohodka_work_bot orthe dashboard(tab «Я ищу работу»).Dashboard UI is Russian for now.
- Fill in: display name, role, experience, languages, platforms, format (remote / studio).
- After moderation the profile stays live for one week. Then confirm it is still current — free, one tap from Telegram — or it leaves the list. Short clock on purpose: agencies pay to reach people who still answer.
